After doing much research about who I should see regarding my circumcision, I had come to the conclusion that Dr. Pugach was the most qualified person in my area. I was amazed at how professional he is and his extreme skill in the practice. I already knew that Dr. Pugach was the right choice, but after meeting him and after my circumcision was complete, it was obvious that he performs above and beyond what most are able to. I think it’s safe to say that I would recommend him to anyone! In addition, the surgery center has a warmth that one would not find in a hospital setting. People being there with me all the time made it no so utilitarian, more friendly.
