I had thermal therapy for BHP about 14 years, had no side effects and still have normal flow. I am sure glad I found out about Dr. Pugach since a close friend of mine had scalpel type surgery for the same thing and wound up with retrograde ejaculation. I am impressed with Dr. Pugach’s skill and how he keeps up with state-of-the-art procedures.
