For emergencies, we will do out best to get you in to see Dr. Pugach right away.  Prescription refill requests are also handled by calling our regular office number during regular office hours. Please allow 48 business hours to process your prescription request.  Note: If your health plan's authorization is needed, it may take longer.   We appreciate your understanding.

We value your time and we make every effort to stay on schedule. Occasionally, however, Dr. Pugach’s surgical cases run over or he is called away for emergency situations. If this should happen, we will do our best to contact you prior to your arrival and keep you informed as to when you will be seen. Please extend us the same courtesy by notifying us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Office Hours and Patient Communications

Pacific Coast Urology Medical Center announces new 2008 office hours to allow for more convenient appointment times for our patients. Our new early start hours will allow patients to find better parking accommodation as well as allow office visits before the start of your busy day! Please call our offices at 888-735-4336, and we will make every attempt to accommodate your schedule at our Los Alamitos, CA or Huntington Beach, CA offices.

Daily Office Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Extended Evening Hours
One day each week until 7:00 – CALL OFFICE FOR SPECIFIC DATES

Pacific Coast Urology Medical Center is pleased to offer extended office hours to assist patients requiring an urgent appointment or those who are unable to schedule during normal office hours.

Note: Please be advised that Dr. Robert Pugach has regularly scheduled surgical days and hours at Los Alamitos Surgical Center, Los Alamitos Medical Center and Community Hospital of Long Beach. Our Surgical Coordinators will discuss these timeframes with you when scheduling your surgery.
